Andreea Iorgulescu
With over 11 years of experience in the legal field, Andreea leads the firm’s litigation department. Her area of expertise includes civil disputes, tax and administrative litigation, competition cases, as well insolvency and liquidation matters.
Representative cases in her activity include:
Successfully defending a major pharmaceutical company shareholder against claims of joint liability in the amount of EUR 7 million, derived from fraudulently bringing the company into a state of insolvency.
Obtaining a positive Court decision regarding for VAT refund in amount of EUR 1.5 milion after the request being denied by Tax Authority (ANAF) on the ground that one of the companies involved in the transaction chain was, at the moment, charged with economic offences.
With a master’s thesis in Criminal Science at the University of Bucharest, Andreea also handles our most challenging criminal cases.
